We are excited to announce the launch of the first episode of WILPF’s “Wait A Minute – لحظة شوي” video series — A call for a long-overdue TIME OUT — where we invite everyone to TAKE A MINUTE; LISTEN TO WOMEN AND GIRLS about their CHALLENGES and SOLUTIONS; and TAKE ACTION.
On the occasion of Safer Internet Day, the first episode of “Wait A Minute – لحظة شوي” addresses the growing phenomenon of online violence against women and girls in the MENA region. Brave and inspirational participants from Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Morocco, and Libya share their experiences with online violence; and more importantly how they have been taking action to end it, and how you can too!
